Holla guys and gals! Recently I hired a math tutor to guide me with some topics in algebra. My problem areas included topics such as math poems for 9th grade and quadratic formula. Now that teacher turned out to be so dumb , that instead of helping me now I’m even more confused than I earlier was . I still can’t solve problems on those topics. And the exam time is nearing. I need someone to help me out. Is there anything in particular that can be done to get some sort of help? I have a fairly large set of questions to help me learn these topics, but the problem is I just can’t solve them, no matter how much effort I put in. Please help!

Thanks for the detailed instructions, this seems great . I wanted something exactly like Algebrator, because I don't want a software which only solves the exercise and gives the final result, I want something that can really show me how the exercise has to be solved. That way I can learn it and next time solve it without any help , not just copy the answers . Where can I find the program ?

I remember having difficulties with complex fractions, rational equations and adding functions. Algebrator is a truly great piece of math software. I have used it through several algebra classes - Pre Algebra, Algebra 1 and Algebra 1. I would simply type in the problem and by clicking on Solve, step by step solution would appear. The program is highly recommended.
