Greetings everyone! I have a severe issue about algebra and I was wondering if someone might have the ability to help me out somehow. I have a algebra test pretty soon and even though I have been studying algebra seriously, there are still a few parts that cause a lot of problems , such as changing to vertex form and graphing function especially. Last week I had a meeting with a private tutor , but many things still remain unclear to me. Can you propose a good way of studying or a good private teacher that you know already?

What exactly don't you understand about changing to vertex form? I remember having problem with the same thing in Algebra 1, so I might be able to give you some advice on how to handle such problems. However if you want help with math on a long term basis, then you should try out Algebrator, that's what I did in my Algebra 2, and I have to say it's amazing ! It's less costly than a private teacher and you can work with it anytime you want . It's not hard to use it, even if you never ever tried a similar software . I would advise you to purchase it as soon as you can and forget about getting a algebra teacher. You won't regret it!

Actually even I love this software and I can’t explain how much it helped me when I lost all hope before my previous term exams. I got hold of Algebrator at just the right time and it helped me score really well in my exams. The fact that it explains in detail every step that needs to be implemented for solving different types of problems , really helped me.

Thank you, I will check out the suggested software. I have never studied with any software until now, I didn't even know that they exist. But it sure sounds cool! Where did you find the software ? I want to buy it right away, so I have time to prepare for the test .

I remember having often faced difficulties with graphing lines, gcf and factoring. A really great piece of math program is Algebrator software. By simply typing in a problem from workbook a step by step solution would appear by a click on Solve. I have used it through many algebra classes – Pre Algebra, Intermediate algebra and Algebra 2. I greatly recommend the program.

Here it is: https://mathisradical.com/the-cartesian-coordinate-system.html. Just a few clicks and algebra won't be an issue a difficulty at all. All the best and enjoy the software!
