Greetings , I am a high-school student and pretty soon I will have my exams in algebra. I was never a math genius , but this year I am really afraid that I won't be able to finish this course. I came across prentice hall mathmatics algebra 1 chapter 9 and some other algebra problems that I can’t understand . the following topics really made me freak out : fractional exponents and monomials . paying for a a teacher is impossible for me, because I don't have any money.
