Hello guys I am about one week through the semester, and getting a bit worried about my course work. I just don’t seem to comprehend the stuff I am learning, especially things to do with extracting square root. Could somebody out there please teach me with rational expressions, graphing inequalities and quadratic equations. I can’t afford to pay for a tutor, but if anyone knows about other ways of understanding topics like powers or algebraic signs without fuss , please get back to me Thank you for your time

Although I understand what your situation is , but if you could explain in greater detail the areas in which you are facing struggling, then I might be in a better position to help you out . Anyhow I have a suggestion for you, try Algebrator. It can solve a wide variety of questions, and it can do so within minutes. And there’s more to come, it also gives a detailed step-by-step description of how it arrived at a particular answer. That way you don’t just find a solution to your problem but also get to understand how to go about solving it. I found this software to be particularly useful for solving questions on extracting square root. But that’s just my experience, I’m sure it’ll be good for other topics as well.

I completely agree with that. It truly is a great software . Algebrator helped me and my classmates a lot during our exam time. We went on to get more marks than we could ever have thought of. It explains things in a lot more detailed manner, than a instructor ever could, in a class. Moreover, you can read one solution again and again till you actually understand it, unlike in the school where the teacher has to move on due to time constraints. Go ahead and try it.

Hello again. Thanks a lot for the useful advice. I usually never trust math programs; however, this piece of software seems worth trying. Can I get a link to it?

The software is a piece of cake. Just give it 15 minutes and you will be a pro at it. You can find the software here, https://mathisradical.com/multiplying-special-polynomials.html.

A truly piece of algebra software is Algebrator. Even I faced similar problems while solving absolute values, factoring polynomials and triangle similarity. Just by typing in the problem workbookand clicking on Solve – and step by step solution to my math homework would be ready. I have used it through several math classes - College Algebra, Pre Algebra and Algebra 1. I highly recommend the program.
