Hello there I have almost taken the decision to look fora math tutor , because I've been having a lot of stress due to math homework recently . Every day when I come home from school I spend all the afternoon with my algebra homework, and after all the time spent I still seem to be getting the wrong answers. However I'm also not certain whether a algebra tutor is worth it, since it's really expensive, and who knows, maybe it's not even so good . Does anyone know anything about when solving a rational equation, why is it necessary to perform a check? that can help me? Or maybe some explanations regarding graphing lines, powers or y-intercept? Any ideas will be much appreciated .

How about some more particulars about your difficulty with when solving a rational equation, why is it necessary to perform a check?? I might be able to help you with . If you are not able to get a good assistance or some one to sit and sort out your difficulty or if if it is too expensive , then there might be another easy way out . There are some good algebra software that you can try . I checked them out myself. It came across to me as brilliant as any tutor can be. I would pick Algebrator for the kind of answer that you are looking for . What is pretty about it is that it tutors you to the solutions rather than merely giving the answer. Why not try it out?

I am a student turned teacher ; I give classes to junior school children. Along with the traditional mode of explanation, I use Algebrator to solve questions practically in front of the learners .

A great piece of algebra software is Algebrator. Even I faced similar difficulties while solving perpendicular lines, binomial formula and graphing lines. Just by typing in the problem workbookand clicking on Solve – and step by step solution to my algebra homework would be ready. I have used it through several algebra classes - Algebra 1, Algebra 1 and Pre Algebra. I highly recommend the program.
